Call forwarding and recording

What do you guys use for this? (on top of OR instead of Google's forwarding phone#). One bit of advice I've seen is tollfreeforwarding.com. Twilio could probably work as well for just call forwarding.

I've heard CallFire is decent. But, not sure about the others.

The nice thing about Twilio is that you can customize it for your needs.

I have used Twilio and still using it. Very powerful, and lot of customization using Twimlbin (Twilio Markup Language), it sounds like programming language but its very easy, any body can do it even without tech background. I think for 10,000 min they give free recording of calls, but not updated so u have to check on there website.

So I guess we can use Twilio for kw tracking as well = 1 twilio# per 1 ad group.
