Depends on the traffic sources you're running I guess. Eg. if you're running search ads then you probably don't need a designer for banners

None at this moment, i'm looking to find someone to do the 'bitch work'. Like keyword research, setting up campaigns etc. Something like Charles Ngo told in London but with less people.

Ya, there's not really a need to outsource a bunch of the process.

You could outsource keyword research and campaign development, but I really think that's something you want in your control and you want to know what keywords your using.

Since your landing page doesn't actually get any traffic, you could outsource that. Get someone who can write good, relevant content and have them build the page for you.

If you're using a call promotion I would outsource that to a professional. You can find good people on Fiverr.

Thanks for the advice guys! I guess alot of campaign uploading related work can also be automated with tools out there for adwords instead of hiring a separate person.

The one thing you can't outsource is finding your angle, that's where you as a marketer need to come in. Once you have your angle, you can find people to help you explore and test it.
