Open Rates in Outlook

1. Are open rates tracked correctly in email is opened in Outlook?

2. What about if email is forwarded an opened from email email forwarded to?

What's the situation? Maybe I should learn more about how email tracking work.

Most basic email tracking systems are based on pixel firings. If you disable image loading on your email client, then usually the open will not track properly in these basic systems.
