I'm currently owed ~500USD by Mobvista - it isn't a huge amount I know, but I'd still rather it was my bank account not theirs!
My AM has been oddly silent for the past couple of weeks and has not responded to any emails/skype. So I've stopped sending traffic as they've given the distinct impression of being a bit dodgy...
Does anyone have any experience with them, maybe I'm worrying too much but every other network has paid me promptly.

Mobvista
I've had only good experiences and did quite some revenue with Mobvista, if you have not done completely uncompliant stuff I'm pretty sure your money will be save in your bank account soon
I've been working with mobvista for 2-3 months and all payments were on time.
They are legit, paid me on time.
Try talking with them, that should solve it.
Thanks all, good to hear they are legit and favoured by plenty of STMers.
Mobvista - PM'd you earlier, I'm sure we can resolve this, looking forward to resuming my campaigns
Having same issue. Did you get this resolved?
Unfortunately not. I've had 2 friendly PMs saying I will be 'contacted without delay' but so far no other contact.
Just to add since it was mentioned above, my campaigns have been completely whitehat android app installs and Mobvista have sent pdf 'invoices' confirming all payments due which suggests they are happy with the traffic sent.
I also join mobvista… and this thread make me confuse whether to continue the traffic or not
Usually this is happen for CPI offers?
Good guys, always pay on time, never had any issues with them
They have a solid reputation.
I got paid today!
Apparently the delay was an error due to a move to a new invoicing system...
Whatever the reason, communication could have been way better, it took a lot of nudging from my end.
Still, they seem decent enough and I dare say problems get solved quicker when there's a few more 00's on the invoice.
Yup… I also got paid by them… and my AM also very kind

Glad you got paid. When this happens in the future don't be afraid of reaching out to other people in the company, don't just sit wait for your AM to get back to you. I had this issue once, turned out my AM had sick kids or whatever, but I just hit up the network manager directly and instantly solved the problem.
