I've been running traffic on Decisive according to the Appetiser cookbook as if this was an offer.

Using AppsFlyer for the tracking. Here's the tracking link I put in Decisive:

I know AppsFlyer is setup to track installs because we've gotten installs from Facebook and from just generating links.
Gotten over 1000+ clicks so and not a single conversion- doesn't show on Decisive or AppsFlyer. What could be the problem? I would assume even that 10% of people who clicked would install. Is the traffic on Decisive poor quality? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
I'm running in US. I say 10% because I use that as a general case. On Facebook ads, it's high, like 20-30% so I'm assuming a lower download rate based on the quality of traffic. Can you link the guide by Caurmen? It wasn't there.
Spent ~$20 so far.
