I recently invested in Digital Marketer Labs (http://www.digitalmarketer.com/the-u...ting-shortcut/) where they teach you how to create sales funnels to generate sales for online businesses. This is a very interesting idea to me and I want to eventually offer online marketing services for businesses. I was thinking of using Facebook as the traffic source to landing pages and then offer "bribes" or "lead magnets" to get people to enter their email addresses and then you can continue marketing to them or take them to the offer page. That way, you're building an email list of people with specific interests that you can reuse later.
But I also recently discovered STM (thanks to STM member kepe95, who I met at a networking event a couple of months ago) and I'm really impressed by the community and level of content here. I'm especially interested in the Mobile Cookbook Appetizer and trying that out, knowing that I have the support of the community.
My questions are:
1) would it be better to just focus on STM and forget about DM Labs for now? (I know I'm asking a biased audience
)
2) can I still use the principles I was exposed to in Digital Marketer in combination with the STM material? Perhaps there's a place/guide in STM that would be more suitable to combining them?
Thanks a lot for all the content and I'm happy to be a new member of STM.

I suggest you read the STM posts by johna5150 for some concrete ideas on this
Thanks so much, @cmdeal! I've already started to look into his posts.
