System for keeping track of all of your campaigns?
I'm curious how does everyone keep track of their advertising, in the more holistic sense of the word? As in what system do you use to put together the information on your campaigns - the creatives, the stats, the angles, etc in one place? Something like Excel for the stats and Evernote / OneNote for the creatives? Anyone go so far as to put together a little database in something like MS Access?

I use spreadsheets, with scripts from supermetrics.
To keep creative stuff organized I make sure I have a good naming protocol for the directories or folders.
To keep everything silo'ed we use slack.com, each campaign or site gets its own channel there. It integrates very nicely with GitHub too.

that's very interesting idea to have each campaign get its own slack channel. It seems like it may get unruly depending on how you define a campaign though.

It's far from a perfect system...

This is something I struggle with big time. I’ve tried a few basic systems, folders, excel sheets etc. Each time I end up giving up/confusing myself haha.
I like the slack idea. Subscribed to hear thoughts from others too!

okay...here's a bit about our setup: new issues are created in our self-hosted PM server (redmine for those wondering) where tickets get picked up by our VA's. Their work is synced to bitbucket and then we are automatically notified of all pushes to master via the slack bitbucket webhook to the technical channel. bitbucket pushes to master also sync to the proper server.
campaign optimization scripts run on daily cron jobs and are custom written for each traffic source. still need to add in the part where they automatically get emailed to the account mangers, but we're getting there

How much did you pay to get each custom script done?
Let me know if you've sometime to discuss auto-analysis of TS, I'm really interested. Here's my skype: rikbrum
Thanks!

Interesting idea about having the Slack Channel for each campaign/site.
We recently integrated P202 with slack, but everything from P202 posts to one central channel.
