I heard they banned quickly if we run dating...should we make clean lander for fb ads dating ?

Dating is not allowed on FB unless you are a whitelisted affiliate or have a kick-ass cloaking strategy. I would suggest you to dig a bit deeper before deciding to go ahead and run dating on FB.
Yeah, unsure on your industry background/experience - but if you’re new I wouldn’t recommend diving into that unstable territory to learn the ropes.
Is it straight difficult to get creative approved even?
Yes, unless you are super awesome at cloaking angles or are whitelisted. You WILL get disapproved.
