Hey.
Iv'e set up my website and my email according to Zeno guides(using namecheap, NSone and RackSpace Cloud File).

Zeno wrote that if I use CDN(Rackspace CF for example) I should set the CNAME to a subdomain(e.g. www.mydomain.com), OR to mydomain.com directly - but not both(with the later possibly not even working). Iv'e set up both - and it seems to work fine.
What is the reason for this recommendation(technical wise)? and should I delete one of these records even if it seems to work fine?
