Hi all, in the past (very long time ago...) I used to sell some creatives on Zazzle and Cafepress, but it didn't make me rich
Recently I've discovered this Teespring stuff and would like give it a try. Any advice how to start? Some good guides worth (to buy) to read?
Thanks!
I dabbled a bit in t-shirt sales on FB - good fun
I would say the best place to start is to learn FB advertising - you should read through Zeno’s guide if you’re not familiar with it: http://stmforum.com/forum/forumdispl...el-Guide-to-FB
Teespring/ecommerce also has its own subforum here: http://stmforum.com/forum/forumdispl...ing-eCommerce)
Mr Green has a kickass case study also: http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...ring-Craziness
Teespring has a group on FB which may be of interest to you: https://www.facebook.com/groups/teespringers/
Is that enough for a start!? :P Have fun!
wow thanks a lot Ruby Tunes! I'll for sure do a t-shirt with a wolf
Tartan official teespring group is this: https://www.facebook.com/groups/TeespringNews
Group Teespring University isn't offical TS group, and none of admins are there, it's managed from a guy who scams people, so stay away

and my favorite place

Before doing any design first find passionate audience and then try to think which design they would like. Cool phrases and funny things about any interest you can find just by searching pinterest.
Thanks for that bullseye, I haven’t actually been on the Teespring Uni page before but am on “Teezily University” which is run by Teezily staff so I assumed it was the same.
@tartan - listen to bullseye!
Hi bullseye thanks a lot for the scam advise and for sharing you favorite place
I'll have a look at “Teezily University” too.
Teezily (just in case you didn’t realise) is the same as Teespring, but in Europe. I found that it was less saturated, and (if you can be bothered translating into different languages) was easier for me to get greater ROI.
I guess teezily is good if you are going to sell in countries where english ins't main language. For UK, I suggest fabrily, which is now in ownership of teespring, plus fabrily is UK based so shipping costs are in start less then on teezily.
By the way if you hit good campaign in US with teespring, don't forget to test targetting in Canda/UK/AU/NZ, they buy, just watch your money in vs money out, don't look at shipping costs. Also I price my shirts arround 23$ and hoodies 39$, if design is good, no matter which price/shipping, they buy.
