Have one nooby question:
Which countries do you recommend to start learning pin submits? AV/cleaners/sweepstakes
I'm searching for countries with low payout for sure, maybe under $1.5.
BTW, some countries have extremely low payout - Bangladesh for example, 0.08$ for conversion. Can't imagine how that works.
I'm asking because there are not many countries in aff network tops with low payouts. There is Malaysia in every top, but $2.6 as for me is little bit high, cause I have limited testing budget.

I would first ask your AM for a list of top performers.
After that I would go on the volume estimation tools on decisive etc and see the bids and volume for each country.
By combining those I would go for the best combo ( higher payout / cheaper traffic ) and move from there.
