Im promoting a offer for india on decisive, in campaign settings i chose India yet im getting traffic from all over the world :/ US, UK etc.. why is this ? do i need to specify State / Province and City in decisive settings?
No, if you chose India correctly you should be getting Indian traffic only.
Double check it, if correct submit a support ticket to Decisive.
