I visited a website on my phone, a box just pop up says: download Du booster or sth.
Reload the website, it will pop up sth else, but all of them are app install offers.
I found Appnexus ads on their websites, does Appnexus allow this action? send user a pop up box directly?
Is this 3rd party tag or something?
Really interested about this, I think they use CPM based price to get a very high CTR. So it is doable for a lot low payout app install offers.
People are hitting it really hard, aren't they? 
Generally intro pops are not allowed on Appnexus but as always there are affiliates bending the rules and cloaking.
it happens every time when I refresh this page. Which network allow this? How he pop a msg box like this?
It's possible that the popup notification is being done by the site owner. Is it only happening on that one website?
it's an ad network who specialises in pop up ads on mobile sites that look very similar to push ads.
I forget the name of it, the owner has posted on stm before. it's not self serve though and about $500 to get started if I recall.
I found a reference to adquity cdn in the website's source code.

its not airpush.. its push style pop ups on mobile web.. not apps..
