can you guys suggest me best female traffic source? i'm not talking about fb ads or POF
i need other traffic source that have good volume

isn't adult traffic? is it works? do you have any experience with TJ on female traffic before?

Actually you can target Female friendly in the campaign settings.
As of the "how well TJ works", I can't really answer your question (and you wouldn't believe me very likely), but a quick search on this forum will likely confirm that we have top quality adult traffic and a very good customer support 
If you do not want adult traffic, I guess your best shot is either Google or get in touch with DYI sites in the Geo you want to target along with sites like ELLE, Vogue, Comopolitan etc...
