How to contact FB representative? (4)
I know guy from RU, who contacted FB representatives and got agency account with dedicated manager a few months ago. I d like to do the same, but there are no FB reps in my country (UA) and i can't get anyone dedicated to my business account.
So, please clarify, is there any chance to contact FB ads representative to get 1-to-1 help regarding to moderation and launching new campaigns?
P.S. I have recommendation letter from client to prove i play fair, but do not know whom to send it

For most advertisers, it is designed to be primarily a self service platform.
Facebook has 1 employee for every 150,000 users, so you can imagine they cannot give everyone 1 on 1 support.
Don't expect a rep and account manager at all.
It may be better for you to find and go through their "small business startup" programme or whatever they call it, if it still exists, where they give you a month of faint hand-holding.
