I would think that there are so many variables that could impact this that you'd really just have to watch the data. That said, is there a particular reason/source why it slowed down so much? Also just out of curiosity what are you using to generate these Latency Charts? I'm doing a lot of LP testing myself..? I find the Pingdom test is ok..
