Do call agents work today (and monday) in the US?

Sorry for the dumb question but couldn't find anything in google.

Germany has today (3.4.) an official public holiday and also at monday. Does that affect also the US?

It is not a federal holiday in the United States, although it is a state holiday in some states.

Looks like it depends on the state. Best bet I guess is hitting up your AM and checking back with them.

Definitely not like Europe here. Everyone works Friday and Monday and just celebrates Easter on Sunday.

Dumb question #2: Does this mean that any pay per campaigns where there is no IVR, but instead actual call center.,... these campaigns need to be paused on each and every holiday?

You should ALWAYS verify with clients on whether they take leads over holidays and whether they have restricted coverage on weekends, evenings, etc.
