This is the 2nd time I have tried to correct this issue without success. Links are below:

What am I missing??? Everything else (target url, target, keyword, etc.) is being passed correctly...but not conversions.

Thanks for the reply. Can I ask what the difference is between "&" and "?" as far as the link is concerned? What does a "?" tell the link that is different than what the "&" tells it?
It's kind of difficult to explain in layterm.
