Before I waste money on a new traffic source. Has anybody had some good results with SelfAdvertiser? Im concerned about bot traffic.
Got email from there rep to test the traffic source, they are giving 100 USD to test, I just email back to them with all sort of questions, there interface is little confusing. Waiting for their reply. I checked (through similarweb) SelfAdvertiser.com (website) gets maximum traffic from Russia, I mean there actual traffic will come from there partners not from these russian properties I believe but still was thinking why they are so popular in Russia.
Thanks
I also deposited 100 , i got Skype help pretty fast by emailing them, going to test tomorrow..
Just got an email from them as well, gonna try it out.
what are their traffic sources?
I think it's PPV, right?
Self advertiser is the Revenue Hits self serve platform. They have a lot of traffic (pops) mainly streaming and torrents. I am running with them and overall they do a good job.
and the quality?
Overall good. If you ever ran traffic on popads and adcash it's similar. I think what a lot of people don't realize that publishers on these kind of networks have pop codes from a few different networks to squeeze as much revenue per user as possible. So if one pop is intrusive to the user imagine 5 pops popping on a site per click. So keep that in mind.
SelfAdvertiser is indeed the self-serve platform of RevenueHits.
We generate traffic in a few ways:
1) Self owned addons.
2) Exclusive deals with addon companies.
3) In-house media buying team.
High volumes for desktop, mobile & mobile web.
SelfAdvertiser has really great support it's worth to test it out
especially when they are giving you additional cash to test traffic. If something you can always stop testing it
Thanks,
I can vouch for SelfAdvertiser.
Been using them for quite sometime. Love their simple and clean UI and most importantly, their traffic convert.
I can't get their interface to work right for some reason. It's been slow and kinda buggy on safari, firefox and chrome. Also, the FAQ says you can target by country, but I only see 3 checkboxes - tier 1, 2 and 3 countries. Nothing that breaks it down further. Am I missing something?
Really need to upgrade their bidding system but otherwise a good traffic source!
they have mobile traffic, but no carrier targeting
HI Redux,
You can target either a specific tier be checking the box next to it, or a certain country by checking the box next to that specific country you want to target.
Cheers
