1) Adult is not the only way. Have a look around. Mobile apps, fb etc etc.
2) It depends on the traffic source… If a traffic source doesn’t accept credit cards, why don’t you just set up a paypal account (free) - as you can pay with your credit card through paypal.
YES. No one can tell you how much time it takes to reach 15k monthly profit. Some people have made millions from $20. Some people have failed with 5k. It’s about how hard you push for it.
Adult isn't a must to get you to 15k monthly. But it's definitely one of the best method used by the mass.
