Use (...soon used to use) dropbox a lot to create my own simple landing page CDN. Basically DropBox in the desktop shared with designers/coders and Dropbox on the server.
Problem with dropbox ... it will eat 100% cpu if your trying to sync just 10MB of content.
BitTorrent Sync just released version 2 and I tested it against Dropbox.
Basically synced a 17MB folder to both Dropbox and Bittorrent Sync
So dropbox ....

And BitTorrent Sync ....

Huge difference if you ask me. Both took about 5min to sync 17MB, but btsync only used 7.5% of CPU.
Finally time to switch over.
In addition to the performance improvements, the other key benefits for us:
1. No central 3rd party server having a copy of my landers (btsync is p2p)
2. Can sync any folder to any other location
3. READ ONLY permissions possible!

Hope this is useful for some of you.
Oh and if you want me to do a tutorial on how to setup a "CDN" with BTSync for you and your team, just let me know here so I can get an idea if there is sufficient interest.
Oh one thing i forgot as well - memory:

Cool
so prefer me to do one with Dropbox or BTSync?
