As the title says already, is there a possibility to see which audience is targeted on Facebook by my competition? I am not sure if there are any smart tools out there for that?

With spy tools you will only be able to see targeting based on the profile information used by the tool, e.g. the profile that saw the ad was Female, 19, US-based and likes fitness pages (depends on tool of course).
It is not possible to see exactly how ads are targeted through spying, though Facebook does provide some info in the "Why am I seeing this" section. Getting anything more than that would require a) 1000's of profile combinations, probably millions, and you still wouldn't know that much, or for FB to reveal this info which would be a large breach of advertiser privacy.
Thank you David! I thought maybe there is a tool out there which would reveal this information but apparently is not, I was mainly looking for a tool where I could check out which Fan Pages, websites and so on have been targeted for a certain campaign.
What would be your advise if I see an ad is there already for a long time but I dont know which audience they are targeting?
