800 clicks and no conversions? (4)
This is my first campaign. the payout is $0.19, so far 800 clicks with no conversion. The campaign has not reached $15 yet, so I'm letting it run, but obviously, I'm wondering if I setup the tracking right.
I'm following the mobile cook guide and use F5 with Decisive.
Any tips on figuring out if the tracking link is correct? I did try the link in the test tab on the offer page, however, when I click on the link, it gave me a different offer(nosgoth).
Any suggestions?
What tracker are you using?
Do the stats look okay when they come through your tracker? E.g. it tells you everything you’re passing through?
Do you get the clicks reporting on the offer in the F5 dashboard?
If you’re seeing the clicks going through to F5 fine, then when you get a conversion you should see it in F5 even if it doesn’t pass to your tracker.
I'm using decisive(assuming that's you mean by tracker?). The issue turns out that I set the postback link wrong, it was http://win.crwd.io/convert/{{{bithash}}} change to http://win.crwd.io/convert/#s2# and it appears to be working now.
