A blind man's rocky journey to mobile success

First of all I apologize for any typos. My text to speech program is sometime nicky.

My whole life people cloths to me have told me that I shouldn't pursue certain things because I'm blind, it's this that motivates me to prove them wrong.

First people told me I could never be a rock climber, well I proved them wrong.

Next people told me that rock climbing was one thing, but snowboarding was impossible for a blind man to do. period period I was furious!

I proved them wrong but not without withstanding a few semi miner injuries. Nothing to concern yourselves over I'm a pretty tough cookie.

This gets me to now.

My current situation: Last year I was out rock climbing and I suffered a broken tail bone. Unfortunately because I worked a manual labor job I was forced to resign.

I knew a friend who worked in marketing and had a lot of success doing mobile advertising and so I mentioned to him that it sounded interesting and thought maybe I'd try it. He responded very insultingly and told me because I was blind I could never succeed in the field, "no offense!" Of course I was angry. I got so mad that I drove his car into a tree, intentionally! At least I'm pretty certain it was a tree-- it felt a lot like a tree.

So I left that day with more than my shattered tail bone hurting, my pride. My mother always told me to keep my head up and look to the sky! Admittedly I never saw anything but it motivated me none the less.
Honestly though, some people infuriate me, if blind people couldn’t do everything that normal people can do, how to they explain Gandhi and Martin Luther king junior becoming such successful world idols as blind people? exclamation mark

So here I am today to prove him wrong.

Anyways I digest from my life story, back to the mobile advertising. Smiley face

I've listened to a lot of forums and I believe it’s now time for me to take the plunge.

I'm running traffic on decisive for sweepstakes.

I realize for accurate advice I need to mention my budget. Unfortunately that’s a bit tricky right now because I’m waiting on a couple of law suits to wrap up. If I get more for suing Walmart then my friend gets for the hole car incident, then I’m in the clear.

Here are my campaign banners, stats and landing pages.
I've never actually seen a banner but I've heard some pretty vivid descriptions. I think I might have an advantage because my brain isn't polluted with banners that don't work, and I've never suffered banner blindness.

Admittedly banner making is a little tricky. I thought I'd start with two.

Good luck sir! You will find all the support here to make your friend eat his word. And swallow it whole. Before puking it back out and swallowing it again.

I want you success!!! Don't stop testing!

Kudos to you for trying despite your handicap, for what it's worth the lecturer that taught me web design in university was also blind.

But seriously, driving a car blind? that is completely reckless & stupid thing to do, all because someone insulted you? what if you ran some innocent bystander over?

By the way, you posted your facebook page not your lander

I'm going to respond with the assumption that this is legit. I'm not 100% convinced.

How blind are you?

If you want to take this seriously, I would highly recommend outsourcing your banner and lander creation. Using banners like those won't make you any money. Also your landing page is a screenshot of (I'm assuming your) facebook page.

I'm not sure of the tools available for blind people using computers - but your best bet might be to focus on the strategic planning + optimisation side of it.

Early April fools?

This is one of those cases where you don't want to be a dick in the .01% chance that it's true, but based on the fact that it's almost April 1st and the fact that his other post doesn't seem to have 'speech-to-text' errors, I feel confident calling BS.

"If I get more for suing Walmart then my friend gets for the hole car incident, then I’m in the clear."
That's hilarious.
(the landing page is his facebook page with the top comment being his friend threatening to sue over the car crash... GET IT?!?!... the difference of the two lawsuits being his AM budget rofl)

Brilliant stuff!

This just seems like so much effort for a troll thread.

FB page is down... and as malachii pointed out - last post has no errors and the facebook page posted 'accidentally' happens to go along perfectly with the story...
tricked me, well done. no doubt troll.

It has just come to my attention, via my mother, that Martin Luther King Jr. and Gandhi were not blind.

Would love to know how this went. Any updates? You might really want to consider using a mobile spy tool.
