I'm wondering whats easier to start with, is it facebook or adult media buying?
I had some success with Facebook back in December with a ROI of 200% (the only campaign which gave me positive ROI lol), but i had to stop the second day because Facebook banned my ads account and i got some issues with the network as i was using the word "FREE" for something which isn't really free.
I got around $130 on traffic junky, $50 on Traffichaus and $9 on exoclick.
Now i've been reading on this forum that its not wise to jump around and that i should stick to one traffic source until i find out whats working and what not. But i've spent around $750 so far on adult with no positive results so far. I'm not really discouraged but i am afraid that my budget might run out and i won't be able to try media buying again.
I have one facebook ads account and i'm thinking to try the same campaign without the free word and with some cloaking. The only thing holding me back is the amount of money i need to invest, sooner or later my facebook ads account will be banned and i will have to buy one, it costs around $750. Plus cloaking, $350 per month.
I only have around $1300 (debt money) left to spend and figure out what works, already blew around $700 on adult, confused what to do next. Can anyone please help?

$1300 should be enough for adult if you focus on a tier 3 country.
It'll be more difficult to find offers, but the low offer payout will allow you to get actionable data far cheaper.
