Don't Stop. This one may not be a winner, but if you don't stop testing you'll eventually fine one. It may be a month or a year, no way to tell. Just take action like you're doing.
Well man, break even is good start here!
Run another day or 2 in traffic, you want some more significant data so you don't cut too early, give us another update then we can work out the way to go. But this one has potential mate
I'm gonna give you the same advice I did in another post, since I noticed the CTR's for your banners are pretty low!
Offer #1 appears to be outperforming everything else in terms of CVR right now - can you talk to your AM about an early bump?
Alternatively, since Offer #3 has very nice EPV, can you split-test it on a couple of other networks and see if one of them has a higher CVR?
Definitely should explore the possibility of an early bump!
Offer 1 has about 4 times less the payout of Offer 2 and in order to see a similar EPV the payout would have to go from $0.50 to $2.00.
Is this too much of a jump? and hypothetically speaking, if we were able to get that pay bump would it still have the potential to go higher?

It doesn't look like there's any drastically bad times of the day for now - this might emerge after some more days of testing
On a side note, just got a e-mail this morning saying that the offer's payout dropped by 4 times :|
I'm not sure whether it will be profitable anymore but I'll keep running for a couple of days and gauge its potential from there.

Analysis
Well, that de-escalated quickly.
All of a sudden I'm looking at an EPV of 0.017.
Actions
A) Reintroduce offer #1 and split test
B) Look for other offers to promote
C) Upload banners with headline variations.
I was going to drop this offer and GEO and go launch another campaign but instead I'll stick with this one and 1000% focus it down.
We've got data - let's put it to use.
COME ON!!!!!

Analysis
Tried something new this time. I uploaded my most successful ad each with 1 altered element and damnnnnnn.
I know it's still early days (they each only have had ~5000 imps so far) so we'll see how it pans out.
But with enough data I can make the ultimate frankenstein banner and really drop that CPC down!
With the offers, I scored a bump with #1 which may explain the higher EPV. Furthermore it seems to convert a bit better.
Will have to keep it running for another day before I make the decision on which to run.
Actions
None for now.
Goals & Strategies
1) With the payout decrease, will need a tighter CPC target of $0.02. If we can achieve this whilst maintaining an EPV above $0.04 - we can safely forecast happy times.
2) Focusing conversion traffic to 1 offer so that I can run volume to it consistently enough to score increased cap + payout.

Analysis
Wasn't really expecting much today because I didn't take a lot of action yesterday.
I now have enough data to make a decision on the offer to run with since Offer #1 keeps outperforming Offer #2.
Another day of testing banner variations before I create Frankenstein Mk I.
Action
A) Cut some under-performing ad variations
B) Cut offer #2
C) Start uploading my 25 LP variations.
Goals and Strategies
1) After giving another day for ad variation testing I will review each variation's conversion rates before designing my super Frankenstein banner
2) Because I can't get any ads approved during the Easter break, I will upload my LP's instead and split test for the best winner.
Random Thoughts
They say that to have a successful business you need product(s) that:
1. You buy for cheapest price
2. You sell for as high as possible
3. Hard to obtain (defensible)
My first goal is to drop my CPC as possible to get the cheapest possible click price by split-testing and improving my banners.
Second will now be to increase my EPV by cutting down to one offer and split testing and improving landers.
The third is to get the highest pay bump possible to form a moat around myself. Almost gives me some form of exclusivity.
I feel as though by approaching the campaign from this point of view, my thoughts are clearer and I can make better decisions.
Or maybe, I'm just more experienced from launching campaigns. :P
DAY 9
Results
Spend: 123.80
Revenue: $76.87

LP CTR: 37.71%
CR: 11.57%

Banner Stats are about the same.
Analysis
Cutting offer #2 did not have the effect that I thought it would. Who knows, it might just be a bad conversion day.
LP stats are weak. Optimization will begin today.
Actions
A) Make 20 LPs live (Had 25 variations ready but
B) Prepare some more banner images to test later on.
Goals and Strategies
The focus on CPC will have to put on hold temporarily as I won't be able to get any ads approved today.
For now, we'll shift our attention to EPV and work on getting the best LP image.
DAY 9

Still waiting for statistical significance...
Quick update - its been a while but...
1) Asked for a frequency cap bump - which resulted in a decrease down to a measly 30 leads/day
2) Tried to up the quality. I was already targeting the older audiences to made my LPs look more premium, added a note about paying members getting access to a better pool of women, and small things such as changing redirecting people under a certain age to a different offer.
It's been a week since i've implemented those changes but i haven't heard anything back.
3) Tried a bunch of other offers in the same GEO that have popped up but the performance has been pretty abysmal.
Soooo...
Looks like it is time to wrap this one up and launch some more!
Thanks for following along guys. Wish you all the best!
How are you coming along with your new launches Darwin?
