Best performing CPA offers on Adwords and Bing Ads

So my AM recommended a few retail and travel offers when I asked her what performs best with Adwords. I'm also thinking of promoting CB products with a high gravity score. What has worked for you?

Google is not a fan of Clickbank offers. They'll ban your account in a heart beat if you direct link or link from your landing page to the CB offer.

Bing is definitely okay with CB offers, as long as there aren't any exit-pops on the landing page.
