Time to make a follow along

Hey guys

My name is Jim, from Melbourne... Quick backstory for me, I was here about 3 years ago when I was doing PoF offers which did OK for me but I gave up AM due to a breakup.

Anyways I'm back and I have decided to play in the Mobile space. I work in the web space for my 9-5 already and I'm quite fluent with the IT side of marketing, I do feel I need to better understand the human side of it (angles etc).

My short term goal is to earn $100 profit / day and longer term will be hoping for the magical $1k/day.

I have set myself up with the following

Networks
F5 Media
Profit Kings Media
Mundo Media

Tracking
Voluum

Traffic Source
Popads
ZeroPark

I am quite keen to get Pops/Redirects working well, I feel its a new challenge rather than have to prepare banners for creatives. (I may be thinking about this wrong).

I will update this daily with my campaign information.

I have decided to run DU Battery (How original! :P) on Popads in Indonesia @ $0.22 per CV

I spied some landers through the MAS and found two landers that looked interesting from both an age and content perspective. (I cant read Indonesian so I went on age seen)

Everything uploaded and let them run overnight with a bid of .004

Targeting:
Android Devices
Indonesia

Next post will be the day of testing.

Ok so I ran a day's worth of testing, I spent $30 testing and found some interesting stats

I found one of my targets in Popads had 16 conversions where the others had one or two scattered throughout.

Day 1 Test
Spend: $30
Conversions: 19
Rev: $4.18

Profit -$25.82

It's all good though. Thats what testing is for Will update soon

To be fair, I think the CTR and CR% look OK but there just isn't enough volume....
