OK so basically I'm setting up a UK campaign on a network which uses Invoca and when I add ring pools to my landing page it automatically adds the country code to the start of my numbers, so for example:
0800 000 0000
becomes
+44 (0) 800 000 0000
I just feel like this is going to kill my conversion rate because numbers are almost never displayed like this in the UK, I just want the number to display normally.
Any help is appreciated
You might want to have your developer play with your CSS to strip out the characters you don't want after you get the response back from Invoca.
Alternatively, email Invoca support at questions@invoca.com, but they might have to fundamentally alter their Ringpool code to fix this for you and that's probably not a quick fix.
Cheers I just emailed them, lets see what they say, I did find this page but its all a bit over my head https://invoca.uservoice.com/knowled...eb-integration
From what I can make out its something that can be done server side or publisher side but I'm no developer, as soon as I touch stuff like this I break it
there is probably a really simple way to do it for someone who is good with this type of stuff
