Is there any way to extract gif animated banners from mobile apps? With static images you can make screenshots but if banner has animation you can only capture single frame this way.
yes you can, use something like charles, httpscoop or wireshark to monitor http requests when you load up an app. Just follow the URLs.
I've used httpscoop myself.
This of course assumes you're using a mobile emulator and not spying on your phone.
