I had the same problem. Someone told me the targeting is too tight . Need to broaden targeting to get traffic

Hi Sleenirvana, I'm targeting around 5 milion users. Is this enough?

03-25-2015 10:59 PM #4 sleenirvana (Member)

That's alot. Maybe bid too low? People tell me it takes up to 36 hours sometimes

03-25-2015 11:02 PM #5 vsystem (Member)

The recommended bid is 0.22 and i set it to 0.30. Maybe I should wait 24-36 hours. Thank you.

Just a heads up - I've seen it take up to 3-5 hours before delivery starts... Also you may be bidding too low, 0.22 is pretty low for CPC in my limited experience. But I've never done CPC bidding, always used oCPM.

I will wait some hours and i will switch to Ocpm. This is my first experience with fb

Yeah man. Let us know what happen

It can take hours to receive traffic, just be patient and if nothing happens within 1 day start resubmitting new ads with new ad sets.

If you're bidding for clicks try to set 2-3x the suggested bid.

Got it. Thank you fbqueen

I had a strange issue happen last week where all my campaigns, even ones running for weeks came to a complete stop. I thought my account was about to get banned or something. They stopped delivering at midnight. I tried numerous things to get them running again during the course of about 15 hours downtime. Eventually what got them working again was shutting off each ad set in the power editor, uploading, letting them sit off for about 5 mins, then turning them back on. I even tried this in the regular ad manager first with no success, but for some weird reason using the power editor to start and stop them re-enabled delivery just a few minutes after doing that. Must of been a glitch?

Thank you!
I had exactly the same problem since yesterday. Then i tried this and 30 minutes later campaigns were running again!

I will try this because my campaign is still not running. I raised the bid 3x, changed from cpc to cpm. Now I try through power editor as moonking suggested

Disabled the ad sets in power editor. Uploaded them. Waited 5-10 minutes. Enabled them and still ads not delivering.

Now i got a message: unusual payment activity detected

03-26-2015 05:01 PM #16 Mr Yaz (Member)

Hm.. never seen that. Can you try re-running them using oCPM bids? I've never had issues with not getting my ads to start delivering with that bid type?

Another message from Facebook now:

Ad Manager Error
Your ads account has recently been flagged because of unusual activity. For security reasons, any ads you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information by contacting Facebook.

Your banned

03-26-2015 07:53 PM #19 timtetra ()

Your ads stopped running because they were being manually reviewed. They didn't pass. Your FB account has been banned. It's not related to any payment error.

How is this possible? I redirected traffic on Voluum correctly and double checked it and everything is alright from my part. The traffic goes to my landing page and then to the original app without affiliate url. I thought they want to verify my identity so i sent them my scanned passport!!!!

This might help in getting your account back http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...459#post215459

Hmm. I wonder why this is happening. In the screenshots they are active ads. What led to them having to do a manual review on you? What you do?

03-27-2015 03:55 PM #23 vsystem (Member)

Sleenirvana I just disabled and enabled the ads several times because they were not delivering !

03-27-2015 04:40 PM #24 submariner (Member)

From talking to my Facebook manager it is a known issue, they are able to fix when you ask them. I have had it happen a few times but once proded they are able to fix it. I am leaning against it being for manual review and just a general bug.. but my acct manager wouldn't elaborate much on it other than saying it's been happening quite a bit and to message him whenever it happens. Sounds like you getting banned at the same time was a coincidence.

Though I cant share my account managers email I reccomended emailing support when it happens.. but make sure you have at least one active broad audience ocpm ad running so they can see its not just you bidding too low or having to small of a target audience.

03-27-2015 05:39 PM #25 vsystem (Member)

Thank you submariner.

The target audience was 5 million and bidding from 0.22 recommended to 0.8 just to see some traffic but nothing worked. I sent them the passport and I'm waiting for a response from fb. I don't have any ad running because they disabled the ads.
