Well it turns out that images of Batterie are not approved on Smaato, or direct mentions of "Virus". A few where approved with minor battery images. Will adjust and re-submit.
For now 10 banners are approved and are running traffic!!!! HERE WE GO!!!!!!

Have you looked at placements yet? You've spent a fair bit already and I imagine there are some individual placements that aren't performing well and are burning through a chunk of your budget.
Did you set a Daily Budget per Placement?
What's your frequency cap?
I have not dug very deep into placements yet. I assume this is a great place to start? Any solid guidelines for what to cut?
Frequency cap is 2, I have left Daily Budget per Placement open. I was unsure of what to set this at. Any suggestions? Payout is $0.22

My suggestion is to cut placements which eat 3x payout offer, so in you case you should cut all placements which didn't generate any conversion after spending 66 cents. You should also look at placements with over 1000 impressions and very low CTR and blacklist them.There are lot of placements and you don't have to worry blacklisting them.
Try to run this offer in another country because Brazil is quite saturated.. i think you waste your money and your time.
As about your creatives, try to make them more clear.. for me was really hard to read the text. Hope that helps.

Great advise! I was unsure about a strategy for cutting placements, but your suggestion makes sense. After looking closer, I can see there are a LOT of placements! I will get to blacklisting.
Interesting note about Brazil. I think I will continue testing here for now, but will look into other geos soon.
