Getting Back Flagged FB accounts after running WHITE HAT stuff (10)

Ok, I know that some of this stuff has been talked about in the past, but with facebook changing so fast, I'm sure there is new info that's available already.

I'm running some newsfeed ads, all white hat, no cloaking. Been doing this for a year with no issues. Then I get the usual message you get when FB is displeased:

Your ads account has recently been flagged because of unusual activity. For security reasons, any ads you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information by contacting Facebook.

Reached out with everything they asked for, two weeks no response. Usually if the account is banned, they tell you firmly to fuck off. This looks like something different.

Can anyone that successfully got their accounts out of being flagged please respond with any insight you are willing to share about how you did that? What you said in the contact form, what id you gave them, anything else that you think might have helped.

From my experience they always do reply and if everything really was fine, account will be unblocked. Took me over a month to get response from FB one time.

I have recently encountered the same problem. But instead of waiting for a reply I basically spammed them with what they asked for.

Were you able to get the account back? On the FB support forum, the rep said that "re-sending" the contact thing resets your place in line.

Yes I got my account back up in like a week.

Reply to the email that they send you that says they'll look into it. Explain (again) what happened and why you think it happened (if you're not sure, tell them so...) Include an ID and ask really nice if they will take a look. Usually I get a response in a few hours if I do that.

This happened to me like 5 months ago and i was able to get my account back. I had no clue why my account was banned in the first place i just made a legit campaign and a day later boom, ban hammer! I think it was because i used a credit card from a previously banned account to my new ad account.

FB takes a long ass time to reply, i contacted them with all my info and tried to ask for a real explanation, below is exactly how it went :

I would have understand but the reason you gave me is totally banal. It looks like you are so fucking lazy that you decided to message me a lame message without even seeing what the issue is.

I've reactivated your account, so you should be able to access your payment methods now by going to the Payments section of your Ads Manager:

Now just for the record, my old accounts got banned before and i tried contacting them and they gave me the exact same reason plus they would never reply me back, i got fed up and decided to be rude, it paid off i guess.

I kept submitting the contact form until I got a response from a facebook global marketing rep. I submitted ID and explained my situation and they reactivated my account.
