Belgium Mobile Carrier Traffic

Hey STM'ers --

This is my first post here. I'm looking to find a mobile network that has a fair amount of non-WIFI traffic. Looking at Decisive it's 90%+ WIFI: http://screencast.com/t/BRCZh9c8AJK.

Any suggestions for finding more carrier traffic?

go2mobi has many networks you get access to in one account. You should be able to find pretty good traffic in Belgium there

I would use the DSPs , they combine traffic from many different networks.

Otherwise you have to go for the networks that have their own pubs like Inmobi / Buzzcity etc.
