Anyone have experience using Voluum in a host and post situation?

I'm using a questions lander with the final question being a signup form.

Opened a ticket with Voluum and got a response: "Unfortunately we don't have any documentation available internally to perform this process.
Sorry if this causes any inconvenience."

Anyone have experience with this?
