Time to kill?

Hi,

I started running a few campaigns several days ago. I'm gonna post a follow-along soon, but here are just quick small questions. Brief details: it's an adult dating I'm sending paid traffic to. I'm a using a custom tracking solution, it's worse than Voluum, and I don't track banner IDs that brought me conversions. I'm just making a quick test to get my feet wet, and will use Voluum on my next offer: I'm moving to another network very soon that promotes the same offer but SOI instead of DOI, and a better payout.

Traffic source: Exoclick; banners (buying them @CPC)
Geo: Poland
Offer: DOI, $0.20 payout

Here are my stats:

535 clicks
LP1 CTR - 38%
LP 2 CTR - 50%

LP1 CR - 5%
LP2 CR - 2%

ROI: -20%

1st question: I didn't do any landing pages optimization - just ripped it, translated into my geo, and started running an offer. It's a typical quiz landing page. I'm using slightly modified landing pages, but both of them quiz ones. As you can see, conversion rate for the 1st one (pixels fired / user who completed the landing page) is slightly better. What would you say about that? Is 5% OK? In my opinion, it should be 10-30%.

2nd question: Banner CTR. Rumours are 5K impressions is OK to show REAL CTR of a banner. Is that true? I thought the number is way to small, and I need to spend at least like 20K per banner.

3rd question: I tried running a similar offer (from another advertizer on Brazil geo). Well.... 348 clicks, and no conversion at all. LP CTR is around 30%, but no conversion. Is it a sign to kill the campaign?

In other words, I'd like to know whether 4x payout is OK to test an offer; so if there were no conversions, and you paid like 4-10 payout, you can kill it. Please enlight me on this. Thanks.
