Conversion rates on the majority of offers I run consistently dip the last 7/10 days of the month before returning to normal the beginning of the next month. Volume is high enough that this is not a coincidence and I've seen this for the past 6+ months.
My guess is advertisers either run low on budget or want to make numbers for the month look better and scrub 15-20% of leads the last week or so of each month.
Do you guys notice any trends like this?
Interesting, this is something I have not seen myself or with any of the affiliates I manage. Do you know if the majority of the offers you promote are from the same advertiser?
I've seen this happen across quite a few verticals so there's a big chance that's the case.
