Mundo converstions are not tracked in Voluum (4)

HI there,

Here are the settings i'm using to track the conversions (Voluum + MundoMedia)

this URL is set as Sever-to-Server Pixel Code in Mundo:
http://kyuhd.voluumtrk.com/postback?...ayout=%AMOUNT%

This is the offer's URL in Voluum's campaign settings:
http://mmtrkdb.com/mt/w2544364c4u233s2aXXXXXXX/&subid1={clickid}

Am i doing something wrong?

Your settings seem to be correct. Does the offer require a HTTPS postback?

you have to grab the unique url link from mundomedia and add it in the new offer section of Voluum. Then when you create a new campaign in volume, that campaign link goes into your traffic source. To setup tracking, you have to grab the tracking link in the "setup" menu of Voluum and post that into MundoMedia tracking section with the appropriate subs. Check out Charles Ngo Blogs on voluum. He has more detail picture of how to do it.

Your link on Voluum should look like this:

http://YourVoluumlink/postback?cid=%SUBID1%&p=%AMOUNT% (I noticed yours showed payout=%Amount%, but it should show as "P=" in Voluum)

*= I have append click ID unchecked.

You will post this in the Global Post back on Mundo.

For your offer, it should look like this:

http://mmtrkdb.com/mt/randomnumbers here/&subid1={clickid}&subid2={campaign.id}
