Dynamic keyword insertion for location? (2)
Do you guys know if such thing exists? Is there some adwords script that can do this?

Using scripts, you can definitely push custom parameters into an ad's text. https://developers.google.com/adword.../parameterizer
But, unfortunately, I don't think AdWords offers the searcher's location in real-time.
