Trustworthy pay per call networks?

Other than RP (who's somewhat active on this forum), are there any other ones that you guys have worked with and can trust?

Can say that paypercall is one of the top verticals on F5 and there are many guys smashing it right now.

My second lead up question is..

1) Is there a way to split test diff. networks for pay per call? Only way I can think is doing your own Twilio API development

2) Do you guys know of any 3rd party call treatment services?
