Airpush Optimizer

Hoping someone could give me some help on getting the "Optimizer" (clicking on the optimize button) to work.

It never seems to load data for me in the live view and when I try to download the CSV, it just creates an empty document (aside from the headings).

Is there a ninja workaround?

Nope it's sometimes just a pain in the ass. Just keep clicking on the various tabs and or reset them after waiting for 5-10 seconds.

It's frustrating i know!

- use Chrome
- have a fast connection

Haha. Check, Check and Check.

Today has been especially frustrating - I can't even see any of my campaigns (Active or All Campaigns) without a number of refreshes let alone get into Optimizer.

It's a shame because the Optimizer tool is a great concept.

Same here! I think they are having some glitches. Try it on firefox. It worked for me just now.

Just a heads up - I think the glitches still remain ... When I do get to see campaigns and their data, it's doesn't make sense - conversions with no clicks, a large number of clicks with no spend.

Nah - turns out they were having some technical issues last night/early this morning. Support indicated that they are working on it.
