Going to hire a VA for coping with Facebook Ads stress. Any advice is appreciated

This is pretty much my text

My Facebook Ads account was recently disabled again.
I'm now looking for a Facebook Ads expert who's already well-versed with:
- proxies & VPNs
- Virtual Dedicated Servers and VPS
- VCC and other payment methods accepted by Facebook

Am I just going to waste my time?

Are you looking for someone who knows what they're doing or someone that can just follow the steps laid out by you?

I'm very interested in seeing what types of replies you get as someone who is also working through the logistics of outsourcing account creation/management (sorry my post is not more helpful )

The approach I am currently taking is to really define a system with specific steps that can be documented and followed by a VA. Every time that I have approached this problem in the past I seem to really struggle with what parts of the process I should assign to a VA vs which ones I want to still do myself (I seem to be having a little trouble giving up control). I've just about got all the aspects of account creation covered (server, IP, CC, etc). I'm going to walk through the process as a VA would a couple more times and document each step. The plan is to then post a job, pick a couple people to set up an account for me and hire whoever does the best job.

My 2 cents regarding IP's:

- get a VM in Azure
- get dedicated IP's
- no more that 10 accounts for each IP / account
- create an edit only interface for our VA's

...and you're save in terms of IP's

Wow are you sure about the 10 acc per IP?
I've always thought 1 ACC/ 1 IP to be the case

yeah, i also thought it was 1 IP per account.

Yes, I'm 100% sure. We do this all day.
I'm not sure how far you can go ....20? 30?

My friend got many ads accounts that running in the same IP. It's not a big probs. But I think 1 IP for 1 acc more safe.

5 is playing it save.
10 is save if you do 30min+ intervals

if you ping FB every 1 minute, I don't know what happens

Obviously we've got 2 variables: number of accounts with 1 IP + intervals

Are you running ads or is this just for your spy service? You can have dozens of accounts (various ages, sexes as you would need) but when you're talking about managing ads, would they not be more strict? I keep it to one IP per ads account and no problems.

To Dario, hiring a VA for this is possible and could be a great way to go. You can also do it yourself, it's a lot of bulk operations: sim cards, email addresses, credit cards, identity documents. I've posted before on how I have been able to use the same id for multiple accounts.

You can't go wrong with 5 debit cards. I have called one of my banks 7 tines to ask for a replacement card as it was lost (account banned). They won't say anything, you're just clumsy after all and there are no bad transactions. They don't really care as long as you're spending money.

Once thing is creating accounts for your spy service to which FB would not be so strict as they are just users, another thing is Ads account. If you have more than one IP per Ad account you are going to have a bad time.

Facebook provides such a service already, costs just 1.4% of your adspend

Have anybody tested Amazon VMs for such purpose?
