Difference between facebook's stats and tracker's stats (2)

I just start internet marketing a few weeks ago. Now I'm using facebook ads. I have created some adverts with "click to website" optimization. I'm using Voluum tracker for analytic. And at the moment I have a problem: into facebook's adverts manager I see one amount of clicks. For example 200 or 300 per advert or creative, but Voluum counts 60-70% less. From 200-300 clicks at facebook I see only 70-100 at website. So, my question is what could be the reason of such big difference and what I should check or do for decreasing it.

Have you checked your page load time? Maybe your page takes a user too long to load so they close it?

A couple of questions to look into...
What is the file size of the page?
What is your server setup?
