Most of the traffic I buy comes from companies that uses US EST as the timezone.
Me and my tracking server are in the EU.
So I can decide that let these sync and put both on the EST timezone.
Or I put the tracking server as the EU timezone and have a difference in stats.
What would you do?

I know where to change the timezone, but my question is, do you guys set your tracker timezone to your own timezone , or to the one of your main traffic sources?
You should change your tracker time zone to traffic source time zone.
I usually adapt tracker time zone to traffic source timezone so I can match expenses and revenue accordingly in my daily reports
Yep, I prefer to have everything synced; sometimes this isnt possible though when you have more than one traffic source.. unless you get multiple servers.
It makes it easier to calculate and verify your revenue.
