Adult creative lifespan - mobile billing

Hey guys, I'm currently running some direct linking campaigns for mobile billing (T3) and I'm finding that the following pattern for a lot of my campaigns:

Day1: 0.6% ctr - cvr is ok - a bit below break even
Day2: 0.55% ctr - cvr declines slightly
Day3: 0.5% ctr - cvr completely crashes

Is it normal for adult campaign cvr to completely crash within 3 days even if the creative has only declined slightly in ctr? If so, do I need to be refreshing creatives every single day?

Also, is anyone having success trialling LPs for these offers? All of mine so far has flopped and my spying has shown most people are just direct linking.

what kind of mobile billing is it? pin submit or direct carrier? these kind of offers are usually good to run over a looong periode of time. but they also can be very unstable in the short term due to carrier issues. a landing page might help your CR. if it's a simpe sexy content offer (vids,pictures...) i would not spend to much time on testing landers. antivirus, whatsapp and so on usually convert much better with an angle. are you getting a significant number of clicks? if you put the numbers & offer on the table, you are more likely to get a useful answer. ask your AM if he/she sees the same trend on global level!

Thanks for the reply - it's a carrier one click offer for adult videos - will pull out some number soon

I have to disagree here a little bit, especially when you have some high converting products with DCB in TIER 2-3 markets they never last long. Last week MY was more or less shut down for all programs and this week MX on Iusacel. When the CR is too high you can be sure that it will not last long.
In your case Cake it can be like this:
Day1: Offer runs normal
Day2: Offer is shut down in the morning. So you still have some good conversions but the rest of the day is missing (check the exact hours when the CR has dropped)
Day3: Offer is still shut down, program owner is rerouting the traffic to something different that is running but with a CR that can be 10 times less.
May I ask you which GEO you were running and over which program?

I totally agree with ivocado that when you have a sexy offer with DCB (especially with an aggressive payflow) you better skip a landingpage

Yes carrier billed offers in adult can be very volatile, best to speak to your AM and find out if the offer has been stopped/redirected
