Hi, I ran a nice campaign for over 2 weeks now on adwords display campaign targeting only gender/age and using conversions tracking inside adwords + enhanced cpc bidding. For some countries 200$ per day was spending well and even adwords suggested me to raise the budget to 250$, after 2 days now since I raised budget account is spending very low on different countries, for some even 4x lower budget so use to spend 200$ now around 49$ per day.
CTR has not changed a lot, so I wonder what could be the cause of this issue?

Raising bids helped i think, but a new problem happened today account stopped spending now for 1h or more, is that the review that happens once in a while?
