I would like to ask a question:

How do I setup tracking on CPVlab for mobile campaigns? How do I setup CPV lab with Decisive and the affiliate network F5 Media ?

I believe he's looking for "tracking on CPVlab for mobile campaigns"

Caurmen's guide does not cover for CPVLab mobile

And I believe you need to tick these:

Have not tried using CPVLab for mobile though. Currently using Voluum.

Let me know if you managed to set things up for mobile
