Sending facebook traffic to an offer that doesn't accept social media traffic

Hi all

Can i send social traffic to an offer that does't accept it? For example the users go to my landing page and then to the offer. So the offer owners can't see what kind of traffic i'm sending to them right?

Normally should not be allowed but would be best to talk with your AM to be 100% sure.

I always though social traffic is more like a fan page traffic, isn't it?
