tracking issues with voluum

Hey guys,

in the ad network I have 10 creatives and in the end of the url I have cid=bannername for each.

However, Voluum does not show correctly creatives in the report. Instead it shows "Unknown".

Both network and Voluum support claim that everything is ok on their end.

Can you help?

Well, have you configured Voluum to expect a parameter named 'cid'?

Yes. Custom variable 2.

And have you marked the “track” checkbox on the right of the variable as in the screenshot below..?

Of course..

The problem was because of the network - we switched to their dynamic tokens and now everything seems fine.
