1. How much are you bidding?
2. I agree with changing offer - is ES your country? I'd start from something smaller/cheaper even.

1. I started bidding just as suggested in Mobile Cookbook: The Appetiser:
Click on "Spend", then click on "Smart CPM" (which starts greyed out).
Enter about 1.5 times your payout in "CPA Goal", tick "unlimited" for your budget, and set your Daily Limit at $8.
So, for my 4th campaign (Mobile - Vouchers - Spain), my initial CPA Goal was $1.4, and for my 5th campaign (Mobile - App Install - Mexico) my initial CPA Goal was $1.58.
I said "initial" because when I noticed that some of my campaigns had a really slow percentage of 'Wins', I increased the CPA Goal for some of them, to $2.5 - 3.

2. I'm from Argentina, my native language is spanish, so I decided to start targeting spanish speaking countries firstly. So you suggest to start with smaller/cheaper countries, even if it takes too long to reach the $15 spend for them? Besides that, at least until now, it was not easy for me to find many offers for smaller spanish-speaking countries, with payouts close to $1, and considered top/hot offers by the aff. networks. Any ideas about that?

Thanks Tim.

It doesn't take longer to reach 15$ spend in smaller countries.

Problem when you're starting is not spend, is conversions.

When you got conversions - you see what is working and optimize on that.

I'll tell you what I'll do if I were you- continue with this last offer: drop every campaign expect "mobile/app", increase the bid on that (I'd suggest double it) and see what it does workout.

Focus down on that. Start asking questions to yourself:

1. The offer does require data (tons of MB) connection? (Es: Huge app - game). So it's a good fit for mobile/app? Audience has LTE/4G or has limited data amount?
2. Why this placement converts better? What's the audience of this app?
- This is actually a question not so many newbies ask themselves - but it's fundamental. And you'll see 90% of the time you hit a good campaign how is clearly working. Ex: app has that kind of teenager audience, my offer is targeted to that audience = that's why it converts (+ tons of other factors).

Basically do everything that can come to your mind that rationalize your conversions and your data.

Hope it's helpful to some extent.
